I'm an independant boat builder that has been working in the Bay Area since 2003.  I started my carpentry carrer in 2000 working in a boatyard in Spakenburg, The Netherlands. My back ground of study consists of a formal apprenticeship at the Arques School of Traditional Boat Building, and a degree in Furniture Design from Mesa College.
